What we collect
When you request a date, send an inquiry, or download our catering packet we collect the name, email address, phone number, event details, and any notes you provide. We do not collect payment card details through this site.
How we use it
Solely to respond to your request, plan and staff your event, send confirmations and invoices, and keep records required for accounting. We do not sell, rent, or trade your information, and we do not add you to marketing lists without your consent.
Who can see it
Chef Gil & Co. staff working on your event, and service providers that host our website and database or process payments on our behalf. Each is bound to use the information only to deliver those services.
Retention
Event records are retained for seven years for tax and liability purposes. Inquiries that do not become events are removed on request, or after two years.
Your choices
You may ask us to correct or delete the information we hold about you at any time by writing to hello@chefgilandco.com. We respond within thirty days.
Cookies
This site uses only the storage necessary to keep the booking form working during your visit. No advertising or cross-site tracking cookies are set.
